I was so honored when the Skin Cancer Foundation reached out to me to attend as a VIP guest for their about their cocktail event, A Night the Stars Shine On. The awesome event will take place at Ristorante Barolo on April 26th 6:30-9:30 in Soho. Guests will enjoy music, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, as well as the cherry blossoms blooming in the restaurant’s charming back garden. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Skin Cancer Foundation’s research and education initiatives.

Of course I said I’d be there with bells on. If I had it my way I’d be covering every charity event in NYC. Then they told me about their incredible goodie bag they would be giving out at the event and I said SEND ONE OVER TO ME!!! Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll be receiving when you buy your ticket for A Night the Stars Shine On. Tickets are available here.
Here are some of my favorite items in the goodie bags!
This is a cream that claims to be effective as both a sunscreen and an anti-aging cream. It claims to do this in two ways. Umm ok! Let’s do this!
* Improve the appearance of sun damage, hyperpigmentation and brown spots.
* Reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles.
* Improve skin tone, texture & firmness. (sounds like magic to me!)
