If you follow me on twitter (and if you don’t you really really should)  you know I didn’t get to watch the Golden Globes because I was heading home from a gig with NBC in DC. But do not worry I shall watch it this week with the magical technology of DVR. I did however keep up with the fashion all night via my computer and wanted to give my thoughts on all the looks of the red carpet. I was surprised at so many pale pallets being worn and headbands! Headbands made a comeback!!!!I LOVE RED CARPETS!!!! Can not wait to be a Host at these big award shows and ask the celebs themselves “What are you wearing?” #itwillhappen

GORGEOUS! Love the color on Paula Patton’s skin. The only thing that would have made me love it more if the neckline was a sweetheart. Good for you for going bright girl!!! You did shine!

Now this really might be the loveliest I’ve ever seen Kelly Osborne. Kudos on the Zac Posen dress! Her body looks banging and with her hair in the french twist we can’t see the horrid grey color she is rocking lately. Just wished you had steamed it first…

Breathtaking. Mara Rooney looks like a ballerina/model. Only few ladies can work that heavy black velvet material.

I mean….wowwwwwwww. Does Kate Beckinsale ever age? Love the bust line and her body looks stupid!

Make-up and hair is perfection.

I like this dress and I like the thought of her hair being up in a pony but for some reason it doesn’t work 100% for me. I honestly can’t really explain why this look on Nicole isn’t a 10. Maybe a killer statement necklace would have sealed the deal for me.

SMG.Of sister friend….I applaud your gumption but it just didn’t work. It’s like a bridesmaid dress on an acid trip.

AHHH THANK YOU LORD YOU HAVE HEARD MY PRAYERS! Nicole Kidman is back on my Best Dressed List! The detail of the dress goes flawlessly with her hair and skin. PERFECT!!!!

Jessica Alba.I really think she looks lovely in the dress but is not one of my Best Dressed. I feel like I’ve seen it before…pretty just not jaw dropping.

Heidi Klum- Again…pretty just not life changing. 

Is this your engaged look? I love the scalping in the split. I enjoy the long sleeves- I just want something else….. ummm maybe a low back or deep plunge. Even a boat neck. You are a hit Jessica (but just barely)

Charlize. I LOVEEEEEEE this look on you. The neckline, the high split, the headband and embellished gather at the hip. Can you say A List Celebrity {Best Dressed}

Ummmm not in love with this lovely Michelle…Again with this long sleeve dress you need something else to make it pop. It is just a little to frumpy on you. I would have enjoyed a cowl drape in the back, a red lip or statement necklace. I feel like you could get this dress at Ann Taylor.Ohhhh I like! I like! The color is divine on Emma. It’s complicated, effortless fabric is a throwback to Old Hollywood glamour….bravo.

Tilly is totally bizarre but is fashion forward and never misses. This dress is breathtaking.

Another “never miss” Sophia shines in this hip hugging dress. I would love if she would put her hair up sometimes.And my #1 Best Dressed was Selma! I gasped when I saw her!!! The metallic detailing, the slinky skirt, the va va voom hair- this is THE look!!!!
