In between interviews, running from shows to shows, networking, switching business cards, taking pictures outside for magazines, blogs and newspapers and researching for my next show….I’ve thought of a few beauty tips to share for this insane week.

#1. FLATS ARE A MUST!

I have laughed all week at this.  At Lincoln Center EVERY woman has on 4 inch heels. Then one block over you see a crowd of women take off their heels and put on their flats to walk around the city. I’m all about looking fab but listen after 8 days you have to rest those poor toosties!

#2. DANCE TIGHTS ARE THE PERFECT EVERYDAY TIGHT

I’ve seen a few ladies looking so amazing from head to toe then I see they’ve snagged their tights. All dancers know this but those of you who don’t frequent dance class…buy dance tights! They are made to stretch, run around, leap and be active. I only wear these and they last you a whole season without a run.

#3. EYESHADOW IS THE BEST LIPSTICK

Because I don’t have time to reapply my lipstick time and time again I love using eyeshadow as my color. I line my lips then use a lovely blush/pinky eyeshadows on my lips then top with gloss. It stays for HOURS and I always get complemented on my lips.

#4. PENCIL ERASERS ARE GENIUS EARRING BACKS

I was in the cab this morning and my stud fell into my lap. Thankfully I was right next to a Duane Reade. I ran in, bought a fresh pack of pencils, opened the package, tore the eraser off the pencil and instantly made an earring back. So all day I looked fabulous and chic without anyone knowing about was behind my ears.

#5. CONCEALER IS YOUR FRIEND

If you need to be camera ready in a flash use concealer under your eyes, on the rims of your nostrils, and in the corners of your mouth. It will brighten up your entire face and will make you look fresh and rested!
